Monday

Juggling - 5 Minutes*

  • 2016-2015 - 10 consecutive juggles

  • 2014-2013 - 35 to 50 consecutive juggles

  • 2012-2011 - 100 to 150 consecutive juggles

  • 2010+ - 200+ consecutive juggles

*These are generic goals to aim for, however, specific teams may have higher goals set.

Tuesday

Cone Drills - 30-60 seconds per exercise

  • Right foot only
    Left foot only
    Both feet (get creative)

  • Toe taps forward & backwards
    Sole rolls

  • V pulls

Wednesday

Coerver Drills - 15 Minutes*

  • Foundations

  • Toe taps

  • V pulls

  • Inside-Outside

  • Cruyff turn

* Three minutes each or one minute each three times.

Thursday

Optional Parent Engagement - 10-15 Minutes*

  • Two touch passing

  • One touch passing

  • Passing and receiving (ground & air)

  • Daily's (inside of the foot, laces, thigh to foot, chest to foot)

* Can also be done with a rebounder or wall.

Friday

500 Touches

• Get creative! Player to get 500 touches in whatever format they prefer Juggling, passing, wall passes, cone drills, etc.)

Saturday & Sunday

Make up any missed days or find a net and practice shooting.
