Her Growth
U11-U12 Programing
U11 to U12 (5th to 6th Grades)
She is entering the age of increasing physical development. Each practice, we begin with warm up exercises designed for the Indie Chicas by professional physical therapists to increase physical literacy. Then we work on ball fluency to help her to express herself on the field. And we finish with fun games where we encourage her to want the ball, take chances, and play with confidence. We also introduce her to the Confidence Club, our program designed especially for young girls and women to build psychological confidence and resilience - skills she will need both on and off the field.
Each week the girls will have two training days at the Indie Chicas Field and one game day playing 9 v 9 in a competitive soccer league. They will participate in at least two tournaments per annual season.
