Chica's Core Values Defined

Empowerment - the process of becoming stronger and more confident.

Development - mastering the age-appropriate stages of the game through purposeful training.

Fun - enjoyment built into all sessions.

Teamwork - working as one while lifting each other as individuals.

Belonging - making sure every member of our team feels at home.

Guiding Principle #1

We will coach to empower girls to make the best decisions for themselves.

Example: Rather than direct every move they make on the field, our goal is to allow our players to make decisions that they see based on the time and space they have available to them on the field, while still operating within the structure of our style of play.

Exciting News!

We are thrilled to re-introduce, Terra Bigelow, as one of our Academy Directors.

Terra is a long time Chica with tons of experience. We welcome Terra back from a well-deserved season off from coaching to focus on other things.
